1. Service Description
CryptoParcel is a platform that resells discounted shipping labels from USPS, UPS, and FedEx. We are an independent service and are not an official representative, agent, or partner of any carrier. By using CryptoParcel, you agree to these terms and the terms of service of the underlying carrier for each label you purchase.

2. Accounts & Eligibility
You must provide a valid email address to register. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. CryptoParcel reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or ship prohibited items as defined by carrier policies and applicable law.

3. Pricing & Payments
Label prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Cryptocurrency payments are processed by NOWPayments and are non-reversible once confirmed on the blockchain. Wallet balance top-ups are converted to USD at the exchange rate determined by NOWPayments at the time of transaction. CryptoParcel is not responsible for cryptocurrency price fluctuations, network delays, or failed blockchain transactions.

4. Shipping & Labels
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all shipping information — including sender and recipient addresses, package dimensions, and weight — is accurate. CryptoParcel is not liable for undeliverable packages, delays, or losses caused by incorrect information. Labels must be used in compliance with all carrier rules and federal, state, and local regulations.

5. Refunds
Refund requests for unused, unscanned labels are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Labels that have been scanned or entered the carrier's tracking system are non-refundable. To request a refund, contact our support team with your order number.

6. Prohibited Uses
You may not use CryptoParcel to ship hazardous materials, illegal substances, or any items prohibited by carrier policies or law. You may not resell labels purchased through CryptoParcel, use the platform for fraud, or attempt to manipulate pricing or exploit system vulnerabilities.

7. Limitation of Liability
CryptoParcel is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to lost packages, delivery delays, or carrier service disruptions. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific label in question.
