We accept over 100 cryptocurrencies through our payment partner NOWPayments, including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), Dogecoin (DOGE), Solana (SOL), Monero (XMR), USDT, USDC, Tron (TRX), Binance Coin (BNB), Cardano (ADA), and many more. You can pay directly at checkout or top up your CryptoParcel wallet ahead of time for faster, one-click purchases on future labels.

We support three major carriers with their full range of domestic service levels. USPS offers Ground Advantage, First-Class Mail, Priority Mail, and Priority Mail Express. UPS includes Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air. FedEx covers Ground, Home Delivery, Express Saver, 2Day, and Standard Overnight. Choose the speed and price point that works best for your shipment.

CryptoParcel users typically save between 20% and 50% compared to retail counter rates at the post office or carrier store. Our commercial-tier pricing is the same rate structure used by large e-commerce businesses and high-volume shippers. The exact discount depends on the carrier, service level, package weight, and dimensions — but you will almost always pay significantly less than walking into a post office or shipping store.

If you pay with your CryptoParcel wallet balance, your label is generated instantly — within seconds of placing your order. If you pay directly with cryptocurrency, your label is generated as soon as the payment is confirmed on the blockchain, which typically takes anywhere from a few seconds to 15 minutes depending on the cryptocurrency and network congestion. Once ready, your label is available as a downloadable PDF from your order detail page.

The CryptoParcel wallet is a pre-funded balance stored in your account. You top it up by sending crypto through NOWPayments, and the funds are converted to a USD balance. The main advantage is speed — wallet-funded labels are created instantly with no blockchain confirmation wait time. It is also convenient for frequent shippers since you can fund once and buy multiple labels without going through the crypto payment flow each time.

Packages can weigh up to 150 lbs (2,400 oz) and each dimension — length, width, and height — can be up to 120 inches. These limits cover the vast majority of domestic shipments. If your package falls outside these bounds, you may need to contact the carrier directly for freight or special handling options.

If your label has not been scanned or used by the carrier, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Reach out to our support team with your order number and we will review your request. Please note that once a label has entered the carrier's system and been scanned, it cannot be refunded. We recommend double-checking all addresses and package details before completing your purchase.

Security is a core priority. All sessions are encrypted and protected with CSRF tokens, strict rate limiting, and hardened security headers. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt and never stored in plain text. Crypto payments are processed entirely through NOWPayments — we never see, store, or have access to your wallet keys or blockchain credentials. Your shipping data is stored only for order fulfillment and is never sold or shared with third parties.
